Hi everyone,
We have a known problem with Atik Air when using a router that assigns a new IP address to a device between sessions. We're looking into it and will hopefully have a fix for this soon.
We're aware some of you have also been having problems downloading images and/or only taking a single image and stopping, so we're on that too!
