Title: cant connect

ok next problem,
it takes absolutely forever to connect the camera to artemis, or any other software.
I know the camera is recognised as win 10 "dings and is there on the device manager.
but it will not connect to artemis, keeps saying cant connect.
the quickest time I can do it is by using my usb3 hub, but will still take up to a minute of constant pressing retry
any help on this one?

Hi Darknight,

That's strange, which camera do you have? Some cameras take longer than other to connect, but none should take more than a few seconds. Could you try downloading and installing the following version:

Let me know if it's any better. If not, let me know and I'll investigate further.

sorry for late reply, been away, its a 314 mono, ill try that version of Artemis thank you
