Title: Atik 383L Cooling Temperature Error

Hi, when my Atik 383L connects to SGP or other capture software it is reporting an initial temperature of approx. -22degC and the cooling or warming functions do not work.

It has been working fine for months but now for some reason its reporting an incorrect CCD temperature.

I have tried reinstalling the drivers and changing/shortening the USB cable but to no avail.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
