Hi. I have problems with the 414ex color, I have it new 1 week ago and I have not yet been able to use it because it does not work. The histogram is blocked and even if it jams to a light or dark the histogram does not move of the values 302 and 303. And is always dark image, someone has happened to him? I have changed usb transformers but it does not work well. I have formatted the computer and I have done everything. Thank you
