M42 taken with Atik Horizon Mono - LRGB frames of 15 seconds each.
Scope - 30'' Dobsonian on unguided equatorial mount

The image scale is fantastic, looks like the platform is doing its job nicely.

Thanks Vince,

I've installed a much better motor and made some innovative to reduce gear backlash in the 3 stage planetary gear system. This is the very first time I tried the updated drive. Just waiting for more clear skies, you've seen nothing yet!!!!!!
