Hi Massimo,
Everything in your image is fine, focus and colour calibration; well done!
IMHO the subs could be longer to show up more of the faint dust wall backing the horse head.
Bearing in mind the OSC chips show up more noise and need longer exposures this would clearly be a big step forward for your picture.
On the other hand you have calibrate with more darks and bias's to suppress the amount of noise..

I'm not too sure what the focal ratio of your scope is? 800 sec exposures may be reasonable; however, the image appears to need more. Maybe it is the processing resulting in the darkness?
Four subs is not normally enough to really get a good signal-to-noise ratio. I would suggest in the order of 20+ for really good image quality.
It is a good start and you can add more subs to it as you acquire them...
