μs exposure on Atik cameras

Currently the exposure is limited to >=1ms, is there any way to have smaller values?
I suppose the sensor itself supports μs-exposure ???


Any thoughts?

Hello,

The 3 series and 4 series do uS timing though software may impose a minimum exposure duration.
