Cooling control in Artemis Capture?
« on: April 02, 2014, 01:57:09 am »
Hi,  Got a Titan in a couple of weeks ago.  I have/am running 383L and or 490 with no problems but wanted  autoguide / electronic finder better than competitor I had been using.  The camera does image but I can not get the cooling control menu to come up like it does with the 383 and 490.  Fan runs  when the 12VDC is power up but I can not detect if it is actually cooling.
Have tried uninstalling driver/Artemis with most recent downloaded versions from your site, but cooling menu is still grayed out.
Is the cooling unit controllable?

The cooling isn't set point controllable like the 383L or 400 series.

thanks Nick  I thought so.  On the positive side the cooling does reduce the dark current.
