horizontal bands with 460 EXm

Hi all
I have a problem with my Atik 460EXm. After approximately one hour of operation, horizontal variable bands (alternating brighter bands with darker bands)appears in almost every image, as you can see in the attached image. The situation tends to get worse if the relative humidity is high. I checked the usb cable and the regulated 13.8V power supply. All is ok. I've also regenerated the dessicant, but the problem i still there.
Any suggestion?

Hi I had same problem with 414c camera try disconnecting wi fi when capturing images It worked for me Best wishes hope everything goes well
