Is the desiccant in my 383L+ regeneratable?

If not where can I get some?

Yes it is.

Best to remove the plug and let the camera insides dry somewhere warm for a day.
Then pop the desiccant in an oven (preferably electric) at 200C for 90 min.  Let it cool for a couple of minutes before returning to the camera.

Atik seem to be happy to supply desiccant, It comes in packets of three tablets that fit under the large black screw.

They sent me some a couple of weeks ago; it helps that I'm in the UK.

I recently bought a 314L+ mono, it does have the flat head set screw on the side with the white tablet inside. In fact I freaked out a little bit when I opened it on accident. There was nothing in the instruction about it, took a 2 hour web search for me to finally realize what it was
