16200 + The SkyX, can't connect anymore
« on: October 25, 2019, 02:54:03 pm »
I used to be able to connect the camera using the Atik drivers, universal or the other. Now I can only connect using ascom and the temperature control and power read outs only work for a few seconds then stop responding.

I'm not sure what changed. I've tried reinstalling drivers, removing and reinstalling, etc.

Any ideas?

Same for me.  I had rolled back the drivers to get it working again.  Now with a new control computer the same thing, so stuck with ascom.

When using the "Camera PlugIn 2.0" I get "No ATIK cameras found", and when I choose the Universal, I get an error 217 when trying to connect.

Yep, that's the same error. Anyone have a fix?

Hi all,

We have a new core software which includes a fix for this, I have tested it here and it is working fine now.

I am only starting to learn to guide. The current TPoint model for the MyT: RMS = 8.54; PSD = 9.35, from a run of about 100 samples. Performed Accurate Polar Alignment and was excellent for both azimuth and elevation. In the past I have had and lost several models that allowed me to successfully and consistently get 600s unguided subs with good stars krogerfeedback
