Rosette Nebula in Ha...with a hint of OIII
« on: February 23, 2020, 02:39:27 pm »
Finally booked some time under the stars after almost two months. Very little OIII data in this synthesis as the clouds couldn't stay away for long. Still, it's great to be in the hunt again!

Also made some good progress in using the auto focus routine in Dusk.A very promising tool!

Stellarvue SV70T, Vixen Sphinx SXD, guided. Horizon mono.30 second subs..(30 min Ha and only 5 min OIII) SharpCap, Dusk, and Nebulosity to finish it off. Resolution severely detuned for posting limitations.

Hi Craig,

Looking good! We've got wind and rain but the sky has been clearing for us for a few days lately!

Hi Vince!

Thanks and glad to hear it! Looks much more promising here also.
