Title: White Balance and Sharpness Control
Post by: donboysail on January 18, 2016, 07:18:24 pm
Are there any plans to add color and sharpness controls to the Infinity software?

It's something we can definitely look at for the next version.

Just to clarify, the latest version of the software does have some colour balance controls, but I take it you mean something in addition to these?

Without an Infinity camera I can't access the Infinity software since it is now embedded in the Artemis Software and requires the Infinity camera and wouldn't have been aware of the latest updates.   So having some form of color control is good and not  knowing what level of control I can't comment any further.

Ah, well if you're interested, the new manual colour balance allows you to alter the R G and B colour channels separately either with a simple click and drag, or by setting the 'stretch' and 'offset' settings. I think we might have a look at whether there's any way we can improve this further in the next version too.

I appreciate all your suggestions, and sharpness is something we will have a look at once we've conquered the new drivers.
