Title: Abell 39 in Hercules
Post by: patthehorse on July 08, 2016, 01:39:02 am
This is the 1st image using SGPro. So can finally capture the Abell PN catalogue. Here's me 1st dab at them. Still no Astro dark where I live but around 2 1/2 hours of nautical. Details on Astrobin. Around 3 hours ish.

Thanks,
Caldwell 33 and 34 on you goto.  It's a very large nebular structure with different areas imagable. You will need a filter. I used a LPR filter. Good hunting.

Nice one. I find missing the field of view of your refractor.

My Newton its not able to get more than 1ยบ and little of FOV

Thank you
I know M45 is very wide and my TV-76 is the scope I use for wide field views since the TS120mm I have is very small FOV.  I need to figure out what I need.  I used a .8x field flattened/ Reducer. Perhaps I need a different one for the scope...
