Hello,
I am new to the atik inifity I leave you with some pictures taken last night.
20-25 min by objects.
The software is EXCELLENT , just a concern to balance the colors , which shifted toward yellow .
a tip ????

You've got some great details in these images, and glad to hear you like the software!
One thing you could try is adding an IR blocking filter to the camera (if you haven't already!), which can help with the colour balance. We're also going to have another look at the auto colour balance within the software when we come to the next revision.

A nice set Manu. Sombrero is me favourite.

A very nice new set Manu. That Blue Snowball is excellent.
-
Thanks for sharing your experiences. A very nice group of pictures
Are you still using the 4s; 25min to 40 min time for all this?
-
Thanks ;)
Maximum 45 minutes !
I noticed that pose fewer 4s , frames appear , and always worries colors very dificilles has balanced.
I also noticed that the stack does not work if there are not enough of stars , ex : with mak 180, the Saturn nebula pictures did not stack with poses 10s
I am a beta tester ;)
Atik?? :-X
otherwise , I really want to buy me the mono version to test the Ha

Thanks Manu
You can reduce the yellow stars color dropping the RED channel in the software.
My pictures of nebulae and galaxies are with 5 minutes of exposure. No light and details improved if more time used.
Short exposures make stars more small and clear.
je,je,je.. we are beta testers :)

Manu, your NGC 7009 is fantastic.
My Newton 200/800 burns his nucleus at 12" exposure. Too much light?...less than 12" expo?..
I think I need a refractor urgently...
This is my picture at 25x12" ( 5 minutes all)
