Title: How to purchase ATIK 383L+ parts?

Hello, I am posting this one the forum as I am afraid that my emails are for some reason not delivered to the support email address.....spam filter perhaps?
I was looking to purchase a desiccant chamber plug for my 383L+. I traded emails with the tech support on 10/10 when I was told that Atik would send me one. Then emailed again on 10/26 and 11/1 but had no reply.
Does anyone know how to get parts from third party retailers?
