atik 383l proper methods for cooling

is it necessary to "warm up" the 383L+ to ambient temperature after an imaging session and before turning the camera off? or....can I just turn the camera off after an imaging session?

Ideally the camera should be warmed up prior
To turning it off. Programs such as Maxim
Allow you to do this.
