Title: Some pictures with the Atik Infinity
Post by: dominique on January 31, 2016, 01:19:50 pm
Dear all,
Just wanted to share this picture with you. It clearly shows what the Atik Infinity is capable of.
Last Thursday I used the Atik Infinity color during a scarce moment of clear skies in Belgium. Five different objects, not the easiest ones,  were targeted. Overall very satisfied with the obtained results.
All captures taken with a Skywatcher 120ED f7.5 with a 0.8 focal reducer on a Celestron AVX mount unguided
Cheers,
Dominique

Very nice capture Dominique and it just proves to me that I can also do this without a Hyerstar or RASA super fast focal ratio's. It looks like the software with it's stacking and histogram adjustments brings out the details of faint object using sub under a minute. Well done and thank you for sharing!
