Filter on 314L+

Just to be sure, my 314L+ has a glass in front of the sensor, I guess this is to seal of the body and that there is no filtering function built into this glass (IR / UV), am I correct ?

The cover glass doesn't provide UV/IR filtering.

I used Baader IR/UV cut filter although some filter sets will have coatings that cut the UV/IR ranges - it's 100% dependant on the filter manufacturer.
