Having recently downloaded the Feb software update 4.2.1.2 my infinity camera is showing a Red lozenge with the words NO CAMERA , there is no fault with my camera/leads/power etc and the infinity is showing correctly in device manager as is the correct driver, I have uninstalled /reinstalled but same message,anyone else had this issue, (I know Elpajaro did) is it possible to download the previous issue ?? maybe not but worth asking I suppose.

PPS: Problem solved by installing a previous version.

Thank you Roel I'll give this a try. Tonight it seems I can get the green connection but no picture. Fingers crossed it's not the camera as it's not been used in months!

Oh dear! I deleted all the software and reinstalled with software from 12 months ago but I have the same problem. Connection all good but no image. Will contact support as it seems a camera issue!
