Running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.
I've got a 383L Mono and a 314L OSC.
I've installed 4.2.1.0 software and drivers.and the camera connects. Next time I go to start up the observatory computer they will not connect in Maxim. If I select Setup Camera, ASCOM , Advanced, Atik, the selection box for setting either the 383 or the 314 is blank. Only way to fix it is to delete the software in Windows, reinstall if and it will work again. Until the next time the computer is shutdown and restarted. Wash, rinse, and repeat. This has all transpired since the Great Windows 10 Update fiasco but this is on a new HP laptop purchased since that mess back in early January.

I used to have a similar issue with a 414-EX.
I solved it by making sure that the camera was powered before plugging it into the laptop.

I used to have a similar issue with the Phallosan* (https://mensreviewzone.com/phallosan-forte-reviews/) . No gains and results yet.
Update: After 9 months finally I got some good results with 3 inches of gain. As per the suggestion by a veteran Phallosan user, (https://buffaloreport.com/phallosan-forte-review-results/)I changed my daily routine and got expected results.
I solved it by making sure that the extender device was powered before plugging it into the laptop.
Michael.
I am also having the same issue and not able to resolve. Help.
