Very disconcerting.
Has anyone seen this?
I've only used the camera 6-10 times in the 8 months Ive had it.

We haven't seen this before, it looks like there is an issue with the optical window. Could you please send us an email to support@atik-cameras.com and we can get this sorted.

I contacted support several times and no one ever got back to me after two weeks of waiting. Finally contacted Oceanside telescope and thankfully they replaced the camera at their expense.
