Hi
I bought an ATIK 428 OSC today from Ian King, I forgot to ask Ian for the CCD face to NOSE distance on the 428 OSC.
I'm hoping I can get an IDAS PII filter in 1.24 somewhere in the optical train, even better has the CCD window thread correct to take 1,25 flter?... now that would be a fantastic.. ;D
Cheers
Guy

Or two Baader adapters for permanent solution - continuous female T2 with 1,25" thread and continuous male T2. You screw that to the camera T2 threaded and you can mount a 1,25" filter quite close to the sensor.

Ian King has sorted this for me :) Top man... 8)
I still need to know what the CCD to nose distance is, I can then calculate to see if I can get an OAG between the filter wheel and my 300mm f/2.8 camera lens.
Here is a post under my SGL name Coco:

I want to replicate the same isea with the 428, the CCD distance on my 383 was 17mm and the 314L a generouse 11mm was hoping someone from ATIK would give me the info :)
