Title: 314L+ mono firmware update damage?

Hi,

I have a 314L+ Mono camera that doesn't work anymore following a firmware update interruption. Do you have any idea if something got damaged and if it can be fixed? The pic attached shows the message I get when trying the firmware updater.

Hi Luca,

It may be necessary to get the camera back to us, as you may have corrupted the controller memory. Please email us at support@atik-cameras.com and someone will help.
