Title: Atik 383L+ mono, shutter problem

Hello,

I guess I've a problem with the shutter.
When it is open, a small piece is stil present in front of the sensor, causing a dark shadow in my light frames.
When the shutter is closed (i.e. while taking dark frames), a small part remains uncovered.

How could I fix this issue ?
Please, have a look at the attached photos.
In Artemis, I can read the actual firmware version: Protocol 3.27

If you have not already done this, I'd suggest emailing Atik Tech Support.  My experience is you will get a timely response from them.

I also had a similar issue mentioned in this topic: http://forums.atik-cameras.com/index.php?topic=2205.0

I received a new power supply yesterday and have been running test, it seems to no longer be a problem.
