Now I know why the Infinity case is rectangular.  Found this image of and an Atik OEM board with various sensors available.

You can also fit a rectangle inside a cylinder, but it won't clear the base on a fork mount  ;)

Now if that lead which came off the sensor on its way to the processor board, was replaced by wifi to the processor board ... :)

There's quite a lot going on in that little ribbon, but maybe one day...  :D
