Title: 383 driver troubles

Hello,
I use a 383 mono from 4 years without troubles.
From a few weeks,Ii can't  have good working when connected with Atik Drivers.
When connected with ascom it works properly.
After taking a picture, pinpoint LE does'nt works and the maximDl run very slowly. If I deconnect camera, pinpoint works again and everethink returns normal except camera is not working...
I have reloaded and installed Atik Core with atik drivers but a file doesn't intall:       ArtemisCCD (PRGUSBCam)
I also have a few( 2 or 3) completly white rows on the top of pictures.

Hello Bernard,

Your image of the Bubble Nebula is fantastic! Would you mind sending us a fits image from the camera so we can have a look at the white line? Have you tried connecting the camera using ArtemisHSC in Maxim? Does the same thing happen?

troubles happen when connected artemis HSC in Maxim
normal working with Ascom drivers

Hello Bernard,

It looks like one of the settings has gone adrift on the main circuit board of your camera. Could you send us an email to support@atik-cameras.com and we can look at getting this sorted out.
