Title: Atik 414 ex not cooling

My Atik 424ex in not showing that it is cooling in Sequence Generator Pro. If I use Artemis then I can cool the camera down to -8 which is the delta -30 from my warm location 0f 24' c. If i cool the camera down to -8 or so the close Artemis and immediately open Sequence Generator Pro then the the camera cooler will show the -8 c but will not warm it up or cool it off any more. I am using the diver 6.4.0.0 and the atik camera chooser for ascom says Atik 414ex 118. I have also noticed a lot more hot pixels in my images lately. Is my camera on the way out of commission or is there a new driver i can use.

Hello,

Are you running the latest Atik Core software from  https://www.atik-cameras.com/software-downloads/ ? 2020.06.23 is the latest version.
