Title: efw3-7 won't connect

Using WIN 10.  Shows as "FILTER WHEEL 2" in "DEVICES AND PRINTERS".  All applications, Artemis, Filter Runner, MaximDL using ASCOM CHOOSER, can't find a filter wheel.
