I have an Titan colour CCD and I been using it to take images of Jupiter but I only seem to get Black and White images. The image is colour on the screen but get black and white.

I have used the green blue debayer in registax 5.1 and 6.1 the image is colour till stacking then it turns to Black and white. The final image is still not colour. See image attached.

That's a great image.
You've not lost the colour - it's still there. All that is required is that the image is debayered.
Colour CCD sensors (including DSLRs) have a bayer matrix attached. The raw image is still grey scale until the image is processed, taking into account the colours of the bayer matrix - this process is called debayering and is usually performed by the image processing application. Most applications provide it - the next step is to find out the correct bayer matrix format (how the colours are arranged). After debayering you'll have a colour image :)
