Title: AC Power for Atik 314-L+OSC

I was wondering is it safe to use a Celestron ac switching power supply with the Atik 314 the power supply is rated at   :         input 100v-240v
                            50/60Hz 800Ma     
                            Output 12.0V 2500Ma ?
