Hi,
  I have a 314 L series camera loaded on Windows 7 with Maxim DL and Ascom 6.I just received the 383L + KIT with the filter wheel...my question is , am I already good on loaded software or do I need to load anything that came with the 383 L ?...I am wondering if Maxim will pick up the camera and wheel without additional driver possibly...would appreciate an answer right away...the sun is shining....Yay ! ;)

Hi,

AFAIK the driver of the 383 is not completely compatible with the 314 even if it is the same family..
I recommend to install the soft that came with, avoiding to have problems.
After all it doesn't take time to quickly install the drivers and plug-ins..
