Hi,
Just got a Atik One 9MP monochrome for Christmas. Installed all the software ok. When I go to connect the camera Windows (8.1Pro) says the device has malfunctioned and does not recognise it. Neither windows or any of the Atik software recognises the camera when attached.
Can anyone offer any help/suggestions or is the camera Faulty?!
