Title: TheSkyX plugin rewrite - first image!
Post by: NickK on December 31, 2014, 02:43:50 pm
Not an impressive image astronomically - but this is using the C++ drivers that will be available soon.

Here's a screen shot of the new driver running under TheSkyX with a 383L (pointed at the ceiling).  I still have more todo but this is a great step forward!

So this driver is for OSX version of Sky X only? Does the Win version of Sky X already support the Atik 383? Thanks!

Hi Mike, the existing TheSkyX plugin supports ATIK cameras on Windows:
http://www.bisque.com/help/theskyx%20pro%20info/Camera_Add_On.htm

This plugin is for OS X and (when TheSkyX release the Ubuntu Linux version as indicated on their website) Ubuntu.

The plugin itself uses the driver, and the drivers will be available separately so ATIK cameras can be added to their applications.
