Hi,
I've an OAG that won't connect to EFW2 and ATIK383L together.
The OAG can connect to ATIK 383 and to EFW2 individually, but without that adapter I can't use them together.
Plus I am concerned any adapter I get may solve the above problem, but introduce another focus problem whereby neither the OAG nor Atik 383L will be able to share the same focus?
I believe I need an Adapter 54 to T2 that won't cost an arm and a leg. Or perhaps only dedicated EFW2 specific OAG's work with it?
Can anyone verify this is so or point me in the direction of any other solution that may work?
thanks

Hi,
I'd like to add the following to correct previous post:
The EFW2 has a T thread adaptor fitted to the camera side of the filterwheel and an M54 threaded opening on the telescope side. I do have a M54 to 2” adaptor with the wheel.
I've ordered a T2 LENS MOUNT ADAPTER. M42 SCREW FITTING for the camera side.
I believe a better solution would be a T-adapter consisting of an inner ring with T-mount thread and an external ring with corresponding lens/camera mount.
Hope the solution above works.

Hmm one option is to get in contact with First Light Optics - they have an engineer that can produce custom parts.
I had to get an M84 P1.0 to M68 P0.75 adaptor made to connect my Pentax 105 SDP for my borg helical focuser. I think the total cost was about £20! It's good quality and anodised black.

Thanks for the FLO custom adapter tip good to know about that service.
M42 to T2 is standard and should sort it hopefully without spacer/focal prob.
