Title: Atik 420C Problem Taking Photos

I have a problem with my Atik 420C. My Computer reconize  the software and the camera but when I take a Preview the image its gray in the screen.

Does the same thing happen if you use Artemis Capture to take an image?

Hmm, what have you got the camera connected to? Is this on a telescope at night time?

It sounds like it could be an issue for support - if you drop them an email on support@atik-cameras.com with the equipment, conditions and the screenshot, they'll be able to work through it with you and figure out what's going on :)
