Title: 414EX/Win10 Installation

I'm having trouble installing my camera on a new Windows 10 computer. I had no problem previously on a Windows 7 machine. The documentation appears that Win10  is supported. Any thoughts appreciated.

I'm running a couple of ATIK cameras on W10 with no problems.  I think I had to do an install of the latest versions of the ATIK software, including the USB drivers but that was it.  The old USB1 ART16 didn't seem to work initially but seems to have healed.  Perhaps W10 took a while to download the correct driver.

"Having trouble" isn't a lot to go on though.

Hi Bill,

all of my Atiks are running on a new Win10 PC – also the older ones with USB1 connection.

The USB2.0 CCDs drivers are included in the “Core Software”.

Please be aware that you have to install the USB1 drivers (“USB1/USB2 Drivers” Atik Download section) for the older ccds.
