Title: Atik One 6 - FOV Indicator in Starry Nights 7
Post by: peter.holmes@nias.com.au on August 23, 2016, 08:51:40 am
Hi,

Can someone help me with or confirm that this is correct.

To help with finding guide stars I have been trying to make a FOV indicator for SN7 to suit my Atik One and its inbuilt OAG and GP camera.

Please see attached screen print. The real question is around the size of the GP chip as the only way I can get OAG to show on the indicator is to use the built in guide chip option. This seems to work but is the use of the real size of the GP chip going to work in the real world.

Regards, Peter

Hi Peter,

It looks like you do have the real size of the GP chip showing in there already, so you should be getting an accurate field of view!

I hope that helps,
Jo
