After connecting to the computer is camera recognized in the device manager. But Artemis and Nebulosity does not detect it. This problem is on two computers with Windows 7 and Windows 10. I use the latest drivers. With the Atik Air everything is fine and camera is working.

Can I check that when switching between connecting through Atik Air and connecting directly through USB, are you changing the setting between 'Remote' and 'Local' within the Atik Air software on the PC too?

Problem solved . After switching Atik Air on "Local" is camera recognized.
