I think I am starting to get the hang of this thing. The image was taken through a Televue 85 on an Alt/Az mount. Processing was done using the very handy free apps for IPad from Adobe.

This one using a SkyRover 115 triplet again Alt/Az
-
And finally the Ring Nebula using the SkyRover 115 triplet.
-
Very nice shoots and good quality of colour.
What exposition did you used?
-
Further edited using IPad LightRoom app.

Hi Elpajare,
I was using 6.5 seconds.
-
Thanks John
I have to practice with my 200/800 because your color and midtones are very much better than mine.
Maybe shorter expositions and more stacked pictures...
Your last iPad-Lightroom modified photo is fantastic!

I think you're definitely getting the hang of it, great shots all round :)

Now with summer here and Orion high in the sky early in the evening I can return to my favourite object. Sky Watcher 115 triplet Alt az 5 secs, 300 sec exposure. The atmosphere was dry for summer but Brisbane is to the east which can cause a few problems. Edited in LR and PhotoFix on IPad Pro.
