Title: 383L+ not found

I am just getting started. I downloaded the latest software today.
The camera is connected through a powered hub at the mount. Other devices on that hub are recognized (QHY guide camera).
Double click on icon gets immediate message like Camera not found, abort, retry, ignore.
Unplugged and replugged after software installation.
Any trouble shooting suggestions?
Using Window 10

Latest development. I moved the USB cable from the guide camera which was seen by the system and plugged it into the Atik. The 383L+ is now recognized.  I plugged in a new USB cable to the guide camera it is now not seen.  The behavior seems to be that only one camera at a time can be connected.

Problem solved.  A bad port on the USB hub.
