Title: 383L isn't recognised by the infinity software

Hi, as the subject line above states, I can't get the green light on when I load the infinity software. Everything else works, Artemis etc but can't get infinity to do anything. I've deleted the software, downloaded from the disk and from the web site but nothing.
I've checked the drivers and that also seems to be ok.

Any suggestions?

Hi Saker,

The infinity software only works with the infinity camera. You won't be able to get it to work with a 383L.
