Title: 4120ex and powered USB hub

Cant seem to get my 4120ex to connect to the laptop via my powered USB hub.....??

camera works fine if plugged directly into the laptop, and if i swap ports on the USB hub it causes the laptop to install a new driver, and it recognises the device as the 4120ex, but neither Artemis or Nebulosity will detect the camera via the hub??

any ideas ?

Hello,

If you are using the latest version of our software from our website you should be using LibUSB drivers.  You can check this from clicking the cameras properties in device manager.  If it has a Cypress driver you may need to re install the drivers.
