I recently purchased a 420m and have installed the software on my laptop.
When I launch the Artemis software it finds my camera. I managed to find some clear skies the other evening and thought I would try to take a practice shot at a portion of the sky.
I took 6 or 8 images - and they all look like dark frames - even after a 300 second exposure as test, it looked precisely like the image from a 3 second exposure - and no evidence of star trails
I was not able to get a preview photo on the computer screen either. It appears that I am missing a fundamental piece of information on how to actually get it to 'look' at something and I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue.
