I'm using the most recent Infinity software on a Win 10 laptop.
Mono ATIK 428Ex works great with Artemis software.
Color and mono Infinity cameras work great with Infinity software.
HOWEVER, the 428Ex continually crashes when running with the Infinity software. It normally crashes just when I attempt to save the onscreen image, or after coming back to the Infinity screen from using the ATIK Filterwheel Runner software to change a filter, or after changing the adjustments bars on the histogram, or whenever it just feels like crashing...
Any ideas on resolution would be appreciated. Is there something special required to get an ATIK 428Ex working in a stable fashion with the Infinity software, i.e.: some tweak? Is there a firmware upgrade required for the 428Ex, if such exists?
