Title: BulkTranferError on Atik 460ex

Hi - I've recently been having problems with my Atik 460ex. I switched on the HSCDebug tool and took a few images - after a couple of minutes, I got a BulkTransferError -9 message.

Not sure if this is a hardware or software issue.

Anyone any suggestions? I've also emailed support.

The log file is enclosed.

Hi Colin,

Sorry to hear you're having problems with your 460EX. Our full support team are back on Monday so they should be able to get onto this next week. Thanks for using the debug tool, that should make getting to the bottom of it a lot quicker.
