Title: HORIZON MONO - NGC 4565
Post by: dpaul on February 11, 2018, 02:09:01 am
Had a great night last night, attached is one of 6 subjects that I managed to capture. These were taken with 30'' unguided Dobsonian on an equatorial platform, Atik Horizon Mono with motorised filter wheel.

25 frames each for L, R, G and B, each were 12 seconds.
2x2 binning, gain/offset set to the ''high'' setting.

Wow David, such a beautiful Needle! And how much detail, I love it :)

Thanks a lot for sharing it with us.

May I ask which SW did you use to capture and process?

We're looking forward to seeing more images from you soon!

Best regards,
Iria

All this knowledge is modern knowledge, and I want to know if there is a continuous update?
