Title: .fit file doesn't debayer correctly
Post by: donboysail on May 29, 2018, 12:08:06 am
Using the Infinity software with my Atik414EXC the image captured debayers properly but when I stack the .fit files I get an improper color balance.  I tried stacking in DSS and the results are attached.  I also tried DAWN and it said the files had the incorrect bayer matrix.

additional picture to follow from Infinity software using save button.

Well looks like I had to solved this issue myself.

It appears that the raw(.fit) files are saved as if the Original CB button was checked in the Infinity software.  So the raw stacked files in DSS will appear as the same stacked image in the Infinity program using the original color balance setting.  Since I generally don't use the Original CB setting my images in Infinity software don't match those from the stacked raw files.

As an additional observation raw stacked frames captured by the Artemis software produces the same results as the raw images from the Infinity software.
