Title: 4120ex and powered USB hub!!

Cant seem to get my 4120ex to connect to the laptop via my powered USB hub.....??

camera works fine if plugged directly into the laptop, and if i swap ports on the USB hub it causes the laptop to install a new driver, and it recognises the device as the 4120ex, but neither Artemis or Nebulosity will detect the camera via the hub??

any ideas ?

Hello,

Sorry to hear of your problems, have you tried a different USB hub? The camera should work OK with a powered fully compliant USB hub OK. If you continue to have problems please email support@atik-cameras.com
