Title: NGC 891
Post by: PAB64 on October 02, 2019, 01:30:34 pm
I want to share with you a picture of NGC 891 taken from the Kelling Heath star party in North Norfolk (UK)
It was taken using my Atik 428EX with an EFW 2 using a CLS filter from Asronomik. The telescope is a 4.5" Altair Astro 115EDT.

I was able to achieve a very good polar alignment of my Losmandy G11-Gemini 2. And this enabled me to take this picture.

It is 5.2 hrs in total composed of 300-second exposures and 900-second exposures.

Good to see you again too.

Nice one Paul!   I wish we could get a break in our rainy weather here for even a couple of hours...

Thank you, Craig,

The weather has been bad here. But it's nice when you get a break, with a clear sky and everything works.

Beautiful! But do you do it then in RGB?

I don't do RGB. I am and will alway's be a fan of Monochrome.
But thank you anyway.
